想減肥 運動真的不是關鍵

美國網路媒體《Vox》表示,在研究了 60 多篇關於運動與減肥的論文之後他們發現,運
動無法有效幫助減重。文中表示,無論像是跑步之類的有氧運動或是重訓的無氧運動,都
無法幫助人們減肥成功。
英國國立衛生研究院研究員凱文滅N爾說:「運動只是一件對健康來說很好的事,比戒煙
的幫助還大,但它無法成為減肥成功的關鍵。」人體有三種燃燒脂肪和消耗能量的途徑,
而運動只是其中一種,並且只占 10%-30%的作用。
事實上,我們每天靜坐的時候燃燒的脂肪比運動更多。研究人員說,這部分脂肪燃燒的多
少我們基本控制不了。霍爾的一項研究證實,如果一個一百多公斤的人每星期跑步四小時
,並保持攝取相同的卡路里,那一個月後他只能減掉2公斤。
英國國家醫療服務體系(NHS)指出,長期有效的減肥方式應該靠控制飲食和適度運動結
合才是。
霍爾還說,如果你的身體代謝系統已經習慣了運動所帶來的燃燒機制,那麼你的新陳代謝
會降低,而且你休息時燃燒的脂肪也會減少。
事實上,根據相關研究表明,要減肥,最核心的關鍵要均衡膳食並減少糖分和鹽分的攝入
。
