之前被刪文,在版主建議下將分類改成閒聊,再度重po和大家討論
今天在清冰箱時
把快過期的菠菜打成汁做成麵糰,
再做成麵條放起來
麵粉只是ㄧ般的白麵,非全麥
請問這樣能降低GI值嗎?
小魯實在沒有辦法太嚴格控制飲食
做菠菜麵只是消耗菠菜
以及覺得綠色的麵條好漂亮而以
並非為了減肥
至於是否能降低GI是小魯打菠菜汁想到的
然後回答推文:菠菜我是加少少的水 (剛好足夠打汁的水量) 整個打成汁的
事後沒有過濾,整個拿去揉麵糰的。我以前聽說過,蔬菜水果打成汁/泥後,
營養價值會流失很多,因為纖維被打碎了。所以我想意義應該不大吧。
就單純是消耗過多的蔬菜,讓麵糰美觀,然後自己做的總比外面買的好很多,
至少除了菠菜汁和麵粉,沒有其它的添加物。
