最近發現自己坐著的時候
是有點左斜的
難怪長久以來自都寫不正 都有點斜斜的 雖然也算是帶有風格的歪 都固定歪一邊
我試著提醒自己要坐正
但是過一下子又歪了
用想的真的不夠 身體已經習慣了
不知道有沒有什麼訓練方法呢? 感謝各位
