體脂率:23 (生理期前)
內臟脂肪:2

參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:饅頭夾蛋 或 三明治 +即溶咖啡
午餐:吃營養午餐的青菜一個拳頭大,飯或肉半個拳頭
太油的項目就跳過不吃
晚餐:蘋果或芭樂一顆 + 桂格大燕麥片 + 堅果飲
其他:下午會吃點蘇打餅乾
以上是週一到週五的飲食,假日放假回家就會吃得比較好
三個禮拜一次,大餐一個月一次
但不管吃什麼幾乎每天都會運動
日常作息時間:23:30就寢,早上6:40起床,不午睡
生活型態:教師,規律不熬夜
健康狀況:
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?
您是否曾因暈眩而失去平衡或意識的情況?

運動習慣:
一週慢跑搭配快走四到五天,每次60分鐘,心跳數沒算過但一定大汗淋漓,持續2年
一週騎X-bike四到五天,每次40~60分鐘,心跳數約100(螢幕顯示),持續2年
每天晚上都會做手肘撐地的核心運動(不會形容>"<)
一次30秒,休息10秒,五個循環
睡前抬腿20分鐘,按摩
基本上每天都會運動,不論跑步或騎X-bike,總和都有一個小時
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
減肥大概持續兩年,原本體脂有30,一路從62公斤降到48公斤
昨天去康是美量體脂,體脂是23屬正常範圍,覺得還不錯,但如果可以再低會更好
但內臟脂肪只有2,店員跟我說2偏低,增加到3會比較好
爬文+咕狗後,發現增加內臟脂肪不外乎就是多吃點
可是我又怕多吃會變胖
想請問板上的大家有沒有好方法
可以增加內臟脂肪,且不增加體脂,不變胖的方法
