我已經有爬過文章了
但是還是想上來請問一下
我知道減肥瘦下來的部位與基因有關係
但是我想問 有氧瘦全身
那有怎樣的運動可以讓上半身瘦多一點
下半身不要再瘦了嗎?
我目前的運動 是晚上會跳一片~兩片的鄭多燕
或是跑步+快走 約45分鐘
但是總覺得下半身瘦了很多..上半身還是一樣胖胖的
我身高163左右
大腿 50~52 小腿 33~35
但是肚子很大啊!! 手臂也很粗!!
想要讓自己看起來勻稱一點
