這一年多來開始運動訓練
但由於原本下肢肌力不夠 為了跟上程度
所以大腿和小腿肌肉很快就變得緊繃又硬
但重點是我的腿原本就不細
一年下來不僅小腿肌肉大
大腿也整個變粗
膝蓋上面、大腿內側和大腿後側的肉都爆多
而且幾乎都是硬硬的肌肉 看起來很像兩條火腿 T T
請問有什麼方式可以讓我的肌肉之腿變細長嗎?
應該是說不求變多細 但至少要有線條= =
重訓室的器材有可以瘦腿的嗎?
或者只要自己做某些運動就可以?
我有打算每天自己按摩
但對於我這種已經像鐵樹一樣的腿還有效嗎?
