自己的經驗是
往往會想買東西,就是想提升效率
但事實上
買了東西 提升的效率遠低於踏實的做完自己的每一個規劃
70%的心跳
大概在你必須要注意一下自己的呼吸
但卻又偶爾能開口說個幾句話的那個區間
(換而言之也可以說 能開口說話 但不能隨心所欲得大談 只能偶爾幾句 就是那個區間)
如果重點在於減肥而非訓練的話
心跳的控制又更沒意義
因為將運動時間增加15% 比精準得控制自己的心跳還要來的有用
