如何練肱三頭肌不練到斜方肌 - 健身

想詢問板上大大們訓練三頭肌不練到斜方肌的方法,我知道~我知道~肌肉沒那麼好練~
但我不是感覺良好怕自己練太壯,只是本身習慣聳肩斜方肌自然明顯(附圖應該比較有人

因為不是健身巨巨或專業人士,只是想上來請教更了解運動方法的版友們~
目前體脂24有飲控+有氧了,知道不存在局部瘦身但可以局部加強訓練吧~

啞鈴後臂屈伸
俯身啞鈴屈伸
啞鈴仰臥臂屈伸

編輯一些事情,我已經有去看過醫生肩頸部分確實是肌肉突出不是胖,手臂二頭肌是結實
的三頭有被脂肪包著沒錯,減脂進行中但還是想配合局部運動,當然不只會訓練此部分~
我的臀部大腿及胸都偏大體脂沒辦法真的低到哪裡去,也不是想練到非常精壯,看起來不
要胖就好~謝謝~
