如何避免二頭肌長頭肌腱受傷? - 健身

前陣子,二頭肌長頭肌腱炎, 剛開始沒在意
直到某天臥推會不舒服,後來又練了幾次,越來越不舒服,
才趕快去治療,現在有比較好了。
我是想問說,該如何盡量避免這個部位的傷害呢?
不太確定是正反臥硬舉還是握推傷到的,應該是臥推可能性較大吧
每組都做到接近力竭,以後還是保留一點。
以後硬舉就都用拉力帶,比較安全
那臥推呢? 有否要注意的地方?
