如何降低體脂? - 美體

最近開始使用T牌體脂計,固定在每日早上起床時測量體脂,
結果發現體脂的數字高的嚇人,幾乎都在26上下(大驚!)
我的身高/體重約:163/50,
每週固定2-3次上健身房的有氧課程(1-2hr),
本身是個暴食狂,觀察自己的飲食日記後發現,
正常進食時,每日約攝取1500-2000卡,
若節食時則在1200-1300(接近基代)之間,
但無論體重如何變化(大概都在正負兩公斤內),
體脂仍舊是這麼高...
請問...有什麼方法可以減低體脂?
需要增加運動量或是注意飲食嗎?
還請諸位善心版友不吝相救:~
