我本身體脂肪大概是19趴 我有在固定慢跑
但是我很懶 有時跑不到30分鐘就停了
最近我在想,如果增加重訓的次數會不會減少體脂肪在身體的比率
因為我認為重訓有助於肌肉之生成,
相對地 整體肌肉增加 也就是說體脂肪的比例會降低才是??
