身高: 158 cm
體重: 47 kg
BMI: 18.8
體脂率: 18% (最近這兩周的數字 算是生理期後)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容:
早餐:最近這一個月執行168斷食,所以沒有吃早餐
午餐 & 晚餐: (總共約 700 kcal 熱量)
青菜: 大白菜約 300 g, 波菜約 150 g,
肉類: 通常是加 5 mL 油煎肉類,
肉通常是 魚 250 g + 雞胸 / lean 牛絞肉 75 g
糙米飯半碗 約 150 kcal
水煮蛋 1 顆
每日蛋白質攝取約為體重的 1.5-2.2 倍
點心: (總共約 300-400 kcal)
無糖 low-fat 優格 約 200 g,
前陣子會吃 0-3 片消化餅乾 和 0-3 小塊黑巧克力,最近改成水果
水果是由藍莓、草莓、番茄組成,通常莓類會吃到 150 kg,番茄 1-2 顆
杏仁奶 1-2 杯 (1 杯 240 mL)
我有用 FatSecret 計算熱量,會每天控制熱量在 1000-1200 kcal 左右
日常作息時間:不知道是不是因為這一個月採取相對乾淨和低碳的飲食,我不太會睏
之前要睡 7-8 小時才會飽,現在睡 6 小時自然醒
睡眠時間通常是 1:30 am - 7:30 am
生活型態:快要畢業的研究生,最近在寫論文
健康狀況:非常健康,無大問題
運動習慣:從六月開始,每周五天會跳 Insanity Max 30,
六到七月是照課表跳,八月後開始撿會爆汗的跳 (第 3/5/6/8/10 個)
八月後也還是每周跳 5 天,運動時間通常是晚餐前
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
下個月因為要拍婚紗,所以在積極減脂 / 減體重,
我從八月中開始比較極端地控制飲食,每天限制自己只吃 1000-1200 kcal ,
然後實施 168 斷食,
我知道這樣吃非常極端,但因為拍婚紗在即,真的很想要有大成效...
而成效的確是有,從八月中開始實施飲食控制後,
我的體重從 51 kg -> 46.5 kg,然後體脂從 21% -> 18% (雖然有 1/3 是掉肌肉 orz),
但最近真的發現自己太累了... 而且開始出現平台期 (兩周前體重就停滯在 46.5 kg),
所以在想是不是該開始調升每日熱量。
而且最近開始出現暴食衝動,
但暴食如果只吃健康蛋白質食物,
像是原型肉菜、無糖 low-fat 優格、燕麥奶等等,多吃個 500-700 kcal ,
雖然比暴食精緻澱粉健康,但這樣體脂 / 體重還是會大幅增加嗎? QQ
然後,如果體脂能夠維持在現在的 18%,之後增加體重的話 (i.e. 增加肌肉),
應該.... 理論上臉不會變胖吧? QQ
