大家好
最近小弟因為疫情關係所以已經5個多月沒去健身房了
一開始是閉館,後來雖然開放了,但是因為要全程戴口罩,我覺得很不舒服
所以選擇繼續請假
我寫信去給客服,客服說我的請假申請核准了,她還有跟我講說我最新的會籍到期日
我一對照,比我兩年前簽的合約上載明的會籍到期日多了5.5個月
我寫信去給客服請他們再次釋疑
他們的回信寫得很亂且很不專業
我後來還得自己畫時間軸一個月一個月去對照
後來才發現了為什麼我會跟客服人員溝通有困難
因為客服人員搞不清楚或故意搞不清楚「延後」跟 「贈送」
我之前某些月份已經被扣款(尾款),然而該些月的會籍沒用,因為健身房關閉,
另外,我有請假幾個月,我覺得應該是會籍「延後」(我覺得延後是合理的)
但是當我寫信去問為什麼會籍到期日延長時,客服人員竟跟我說因為館方有「贈送會籍」
小小小........
起初還害我花了很多時間想努力讀懂郵件
@@.......後來終於搞懂了........
到底是客服沒水平還是被管理層要求用話術........
有人有相同的遭遇嗎?
