我不是來亂的 XD
昨晚去做肩頸針灸的時候,很習慣的跟中醫師說
跟上個月一樣幫我針一下腸胃清一下宿便
那是上個月的時候我因為有了三天便秘,很緊張的去給他弄了一下
後來就沒事了,沒想到那次針灸我依然可以清出可觀的宿便
在此之前
我早已回復每天便便的習慣
所以有個疑問
應該很多人都會以為天天便便就OK了吧
說真的,減肥的過程通暢的腸胃是很需要的呢
然而宿便問題不見得很多人會很仔細的注意到
大家可以思考一下囉。
