非常感謝各位板友給的建議
個人覺得有些情況必要做一些說明
我從2014年開始,我每年會做兩次體檢,
外加家庭因素和肥胖問題,每天會固定量血糖和血壓,
都在正常範圍,到目前為止(兩週前)
我做過的所有檢查都是正常(包含內分泌),
連兩週前的睡眠測試,醫生診斷也沒有呼吸中止,
睡眠品質與睡眠不足的情況是以前一直如此,
按照醫生說的,不像是肥胖造成的,
基本上看過我本人的醫生在對比體檢報告,
都不太相信報告是出在我這個230公斤的胖子身上的,
真有人猜到了
這兩週有接觸到生酮飲食,也有在板上看,
大部分好像不是很推薦這種方式,但是
我有看到有人說有用,所以在猶豫是否採取
這種方式先減重。
早餐和午餐都非常固定,除非出差,
晚餐的部分如果沒有應酬活動,
一般都是自己做炒米(只有雞蛋和蔥花,不放其他調味料)
或是和中午一樣,不過麵的量會增加到500克。
飲料我現在是一點都不喝,牛奶也沒喝(有吃鈣片)
運動的部分是走平路都還行,不會喘關節腳踝也不會疼,
就是肚子垂的難受;但是不能站,只要站超過3分鐘,我的
腳踝和腳掌就會酸疼。運動量就是上下班的走路,
單程2公里整(一周5天大約走4天)
以上是我現在的情況,個人不希望動手術
(主要怕後遺症,加上自己有減重過)
目前打算先瘦到200公斤,這樣就可以用體脂計。
有看到板上現在討論很多有關斷食的方式,
不知道斷食或是不建議的生酮飲食是否適合現在的自己,
另外是否真的需要減少醣類的攝取(減少米、麵)?
因為我如果不吃米、麵會感覺沒有進食,
會一直想要找東西來吃。
請幫忙給點意見。

我現在的減肥動力全在她身上了,我真的很擔心說出來,緣分就盡了
