性別:男
年齡:37
身高:173公分
體重:230公斤
BMI: 76.85
體脂率:體重過重,無法測量

三餐內容:因為在中國工作,食物方面我盡可能描述清楚
如果用語太過中國化,請見諒並告知,我會盡量做
修正。
早餐:燒餅夾菜兩個(燒餅約為150克重的燒餅),
內容物為魯的海帶絲、豆腐絲,炒馬鈴薯絲,加一個魯雞蛋
單個重量為350克左右
午餐:麵條一碗+面(裡面的麵含量為300克麵粉揉成的面),
湯的部分是用羊骨頭熬的高湯,無其他鹽巴味精等調味料
晚餐:無固定
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:睡眠不固定,前些日子做的睡眠測試,三天下來
醫生說我的睡眠時間嚴重不足,且睡眠質量不好,
建議改善。
工作時間一般是早上7點左右到公司,晚上大約10點回。
沒有安排運動時間
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:2個禮拜前的全身檢查,除了體重過重,重度脂肪肝
其他一切正常。(每半年的體檢報告都是這樣,持續4年,
4年的體重變化幅度不超過10%)
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?沒有
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?沒有
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?沒有
您是否曾因暈眩而失去平衡或意識的情況?沒有
您是否有骨骼或關節問題,且可能因活動而惡化?有,雙腳關節已經出現退化情況
您是否有因高血壓或心臟疾病而需服藥(醫師處方)?沒有
您是否知道您有任何不適合活動的原因?目前普通走路膝蓋會疼(路不平才會)
您是否知悉自己有任何慢性疾病?知道
您是否近期動過任何手術?沒有
您是否有其他醫療狀況可能影響運動計劃,如有,請註明:沒有

我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
自己體重嚴重超標帶來了生活上的不方便,
且自己的肥胖導致精子質量非常差,無法生育,
(準備訂親,但是隱瞞女友自己無法生育的事實)
外加過重的體重導致雙腿關節退化,
醫生建議不能快走,以及其他任何需要雙腳支撐的運動,
可是減重減脂需要的就是運動,有點無奈,
目前減重暫時預訂目標是200公斤,因為到200公斤我就有
體脂計可以測量,(買了快半年,因為體重太重根本沒法用)
這次因為婚姻的關係已經下定了決心,想請教板上的板友,
在前述目標的情況下,是否有合適的辦法。
