密集重訓後變得超愛吃飯食類 - 健身

大家會這樣嗎?我自從開始密集重訓後,會一直渴望想吃白飯....
尤其是剛做完的時候,一定要吃飯類!!麵食類完全被當作點心@@a
而且好像變得越來越會吃了...只能說我運動完全是為了能吃更多orz
題外話,昨天腿部推舉終於來到91kg!!
維基百科說經訓練後,一般都可以推舉自身體重的2至3倍重量,所以我的目標是140kg!!!
重訓真的是有耕耘有收穫,每次做完深蹲120+各種腿部訓練,累到不行,
但看到越來越緊實的腿真的覺得值了.....t_t大家加油~
