小妹我155公分55公斤 . 以前43覺得還好只有手臂有肉肉的.但自從交了男友不知不覺胖了好多.是所謂的幸福肥吧!
之前有每天跳鄭多燕 但發現我的膝蓋承受不了就停了.雖然那時候有快速的瘦三公斤.但我覺得好傷我的膝蓋.所以決定要用慢跑和飲食來減肥.想瘦到至少45~48.尤其我都胖肚子跟手臂實在很糟糕!!
我現在自己住外面了.剛好是舊公寓沒電梯.又在五樓 所以可以平常爬樓梯邊運動.想請問各位大大用慢跑來運動大概效果如何?我有看到很多人說手臂會先瘦?!還有哪些瘦身建議呢?比較有效的!
我想找可以跟我一起運動或鼓勵對方的姐妹一起減肥@@
