大家好啊~~ 想請問版上的大家,
每天跳一片大約三十分鐘,
沒有刻意節食,
跳鄭多燕減肥操要跳多久才會有感覺??
想知道大概要跳多久才能從L變到M。
我這兩個禮拜每天跳,
逼自己洗澡前一定要跳,
前三天真的是全身痠痛啊...
跳了兩個禮拜,
體重上的變化是從64變到62,
可是體重的變化上下三公斤實在說不準,
除了墊上運動因為家裡沒有墊子之外,
最喜歡跳啞鈴操了。
另外,
有時候身體要往前傾,
這些彎腰前傾的動作會不會造成腰椎的負擔??
因為我脊椎不太好,
以前照過X光,腰椎的軟骨比較薄,
偏偏肚子又很肥很沒力,
仰臥起坐一分鐘作不到15下,
每次作彎腰的動作都怕怕的,
有沒有什麼運動是可以不傷脊椎,
又可以鍛鍊腹肌減輕腰椎負擔的運動??
我知道跳兩周沒啥好說嘴的,
只是期待自己能夠持之以恆繼續努力,
把運動當作是生活的一部分。
