小弟我今年高三187公分體重80公斤
體脂肪19%肌肉61公斤
以上數據是我前幾天健康檢查的報告
而我的目標是去掉腹部脂肪
正文開始
我在6個月前68公斤
因為我爸過世加上學測將近體重一路衝到77左右
平常也有打球的習慣
最近3個禮拜開始慢跑
一次5公里 一個禮拜3到4次
跑完喝711低糖豆漿加一顆水煮蛋不吃蛋黃
但體重還是來到80
而我胖的位置在腹部
我一直想要把腹部的脂肪消掉
但目前本魯一直失敗
所以我想要飲食控制
但是三餐怎麼吃才能達到控制?
中午午餐吃學校
而學校便當高鹽高油有辦法避免嗎?
還有tabata運動我之前也有在做
但有些姿勢我會一直動到背
導致現在背只要稍微出力就會痛
像在抬腳時 我背的下半段都會懸空
請問要怎麼正確使力?
