我今年13歲.就讀小五.身高:154.7體重:48~49我原本的體重是46.但最近一直吃零食的關係.導致體重不斷的增加從46~48.49了!我在某天花了3個小時的時間在運動其中包含跳舞.雖然是從49公斤瘦到48了但是.吃過晚飯後...又增加到49了!我該怎麼辦!?我想瘦回45啦!!請各位大大救救我請想想.如果是[小學五年級]有什麼好的減肥法....盡量不要推薦一些商品之類的....謝謝唷~急........Showmore
