小弟身高170 之前體重重達150公斤 = =" 老媽太會養~~~
經過一年多的有氧運動
目前體重來到了75公斤
完全變了一個人 但是還是沒到基本體重 想在瘦個13公斤左右
有一些缺點
就是全身的所有部位肉 都鬆垮垮的
去按摩時 技師都說我肉很鬆
要加強鍛鍊
因為我想要開始練重訓
目前基本動作跟菜單都排好了
飲食熱量每天控制在1600大卡
大概就是白飯 雞胸肉或魚肉 深色蔬菜
每天都重訓45分鐘 胸部 背部 二頭 三頭都會加強一下
晚上在有氧50分鐘 慢跑
只有星期六會休息一天
因為我肉真的很鬆
大都是皮
尤其是肚子超恐怖
目前有個問題
就是我可以買乳清
來加速肌肉生長嗎
請幫我推薦一款好一點的乳清吧
拜託各位了
乳清目前就是想要重訓完後喝一杯
然後有氧運動之前又喝一杯
一天大概兩杯
這樣會讓我變胖嗎@@
