在板上爬文看到這塊的練法是下半身不動,只旋轉上半身
可是我作了一陣子之後覺得強度有點不夠.....每次都要旋轉個幾百下才會酸
不過次數太多好像就跟練大塊沒什麼關係了,所以想問問高手
有沒有辦法可以增加訓練強度,或是其他方法也行
我是在家裡自己練的 3Q~
