怎麼練可以減少激突的狀況@@ - 健身

小弟身高173體重67體脂肪16
以前沒練運動時倒是沒有激突的問題
但最近有稍微運動且比較穿合身點的衣服
就發現會有激突的問題這樣有點尷尬
想要請教胸肌要練哪個部位可以比較減低這方面的困擾
上中下胸要加強哪個部位做哪些訓練方式呢?
對了我知道一定會有人推文說要貼胸貼
那我可能做不到~因為撕下來很痛@@
啊~~不是~~是男子漢怎可以貼胸貼啦=.=
另外有人說是要再降體脂
難道我要在降下去嗎?
還是要把胸肌練大一點~~
我是初心者對胸肌訓練方面是有很多加強的空間
只是胸練大激突情況會減低嗎?
希望各位經驗的前輩給點好意見
