小弟有個蠻疑惑的問題....想請教各位高手 - 健身

因為明年可能要比柔術 所以我開始增量級(原本62我170)
原本我就長久以來都有在練 每天都有不一樣的課程
黃阿文教練的書我也看了不少遍 也請教過一些教練
最近 我的確增到65kg
握推力量也增強了....
問題是 肚子的贅肉也變多了 (原因大概是因為大量的飲食+乳清)
現在想要瘦脂肪一點卻又不會縮肌肉
雖然我有穿雨衣跑步 (每天20 mins up)
但是效果沒有很明顯
想藉由晚餐少量(甚至只吃水果的方式減)
但是 因為我們重訓完 也就是破壞完之後 肌肉正在重建
如果因為晚餐少量 導致營養不足 肌肉是否會因為如此反而重建不起來??
請各位高手解惑~ Thxxxx.....
