前面的大大太恐怖了
一天只吃一餐??
沒吃飽去重訓,不是很快力竭,就是很快暈眩
反正嚴重影響當天訓練的效果
所以我都一定吃飽飽
降體脂要做有氧跑步.划步.腳踏車...等
你到了健身房,有氧可能做得比你以前到戶外跑步還少吧..
還有萬萬不可吃宵夜...
不過原po體重差1kg,誤差範圍內,不用那摩擔心
體重增加還有可能是肌肉長大了,應該恭喜
