今天練引體向上
正手做 拉體重
8下一組 做了10組之後...
我發現雖然沒辦法在繼續拉到8下
但是下來也不會痠
我想操到酸才停 所以後來就繼續拉 6下...4下 到拉不起來為止
大慨又拉了5~6組
結果現在又不痠了= =
應該要換去作機器的下拉 作輕一點維持8下會比較好嗎???
還是繼續引體向上做少下一點會比較好呢??
哪種會比較有效 比較痠呀??
我覺得不酸很沒感覺... 好像是練心痠的= =
