心得:根據新版每日飲食指南來看,油脂類要能夠不過量,難度實在是太高了。

希望第一篇大家有看,不是什麼很有學問的東西,但滿實用的,至少可以時時提醒
你均衡這事情。不過,新版每日飲食指南也許不是很難閱讀,但對我來說,其實還
是有讀不通的地方。如果不是我誤會了,那麼就是我的飲食油脂的部分是過量了…
…,為何會這麼說呢?看了本篇文章你就知道了,我可以保證,如果真的按照新版
每日飲食指南的標準來看的話,大部分的人油脂攝取絕對是過量了,而且可能過量
得恐怖。
先來看一下油脂與堅果種子類的擷取物、來源以來建議量吧:
1、營養素:主要提供脂質。
2、食物來源:為烹調用油,有沙拉油、花生油、豬油等。
3、建議量:每人每天3至7茶匙油脂及堅果種子類1份,每茶匙約5公克,在飲食中
由牛奶、肉類及魚類中已攝取了相當量的動物性油脂,所以炒菜用油最好選擇
植物性油。堅果種子類蘊藏豐富的營養價值,每天適量攝取可獲得豐富的維生
素、礦物質。
從上面可以看得出來,建議量是3-7份(茶匙)。而一份是在5公克左右。
在指南當中,也有說明一份的量是多少(不是我要縮圖縮得這麼小,而是我在網路
上就只能找到這麼大的。實在很靠杯,不知道是誰上稿的,要這麼小氣嗎?每日飲
食指南縮得這麼小,連看都這麼吃力),簡單來說,油脂類是5公克,而瓜子、杏仁
果、開心果、核桃仁一份為7公克;南瓜子、葵瓜子、各式花生仁、黑(白)芝麻、
腰果不知是6公克還8公克為一份。沙拉醬2茶匙(10公克)或蛋黃醬1茶匙(5公克)
簡單抓一下所謂一份的概念,油脂類抓5公克,而堅果類就7公克。不用擔心對重量
與份量沒有概念,我會慢慢解釋的XDDDDD。
首先先來看我們一天該吃幾份。雖然指南上是說4-7份,但根據上表(如果你沒有
運動習慣,那生活運動強度一定是落在稍低甚至是低,至於如何看可以參考前一篇
文章中段),女生有很高的機會都是落在4份,男生有很高的機會是落在6份。
好吧,像我這麼胖的人,一定要開外掛,當然是算7份囉。
平常炒菜時,我的用油是這麼多,我想一餐吃這樣的油不算多吧?
拿到秤一量,阿爸喂~~~~~,26.5克。以一份5克來算的話,這樣一餐我就吃到5份了
……。若是兩餐的話,少算一點也會有8份吧(畢竟油不會全部吸收到菜裡面),我
自己煮的兩餐就已經超過了。若再加上更何況這是我自己煮的,會比較節制。可以
試想一下,在外面吃的兩餐,油膩的程度只會更可怕吧。如果再加上早餐的話,根
本就是爆到天邊了吧……。早餐不管吃什麼,都一定會吃到油的吧……(當然你要
水煮青菜我也認了XD)
順帶一提,這紅碗就是外面吃喜酒的那種,給各位看一下大小,這絕對不是紅色的
大碗公呀XDDD。我只是平平淡淡吃個三餐,就爆了。想到以前我還有吃雞排、東山
鴨頭、鹹酥雞(謎之音:現在還有吃吧……),油脂類可真是爆慘了。
再來就是堅果種子,這次新版看來很強調,但只能吃一份,也就是6克(或是8克)。
但……會不會太晚告訴我了。
啊啊啊……,之前小七賣的綜合纖果,我看才36克,一點也不多。所以我每天吃兩包
……我超標12倍呀……。
另一包兇手是楓糖腰果,同樣也是36克。搞半天原來每天只能吃6分之1。
小七的價格策略太賤了,三包有折價,害我每次買三包回去。也許你會問,不是說
兩包嗎?那怎會買三包回去?
因為第三包我買的是肉乾(靠……更糟),因為在本篇中談的是堅果種子類,所以
肉乾這包就先不提了。
再來就是吃沙拉很健康吧,我想小七的沙拉,應該也有不少人吃。翻到背面一看,
有45公克。以前哪會管幾公克,不過飲食指南上說沙拉醬10公克為一份。哭哭,這
樣就4.5份了呀。吃一次沙拉,加個醬後,女生的一日油脂量就已經過量了………。
以上所談的,只是量而已,還沒談到品質。在家煮的用油,你可以百分之百確定品
質(如果是來源廠商出包也就沒辦法了),不像在外面吃的你不確定用的油是如何
(鐵定不是植物油,應該就是一般的大豆沙拉油,指南有提到,建議盡量用植物性
的油),有沒有回收(如果是雞排攤那種,不用想了,回收是必然的)
油脂的部分,根據指南,我們一般人所吃的,怎麼看幾乎都是會過量的呀……啊啊啊。
