今天看線上雜誌有教小腿伸展的方式
還蠻簡單好做的 所以來分享一下:
面對牆壁站著,將前腳掌頂住牆,身體往前傾,
可延展小腿後方的肌肉群。一次30秒,來回20次,
可以讓小腿在跑步或穿了一天高跟鞋後獲得伸展,
避免變成蘿蔔腿。
