小腿非常緊繃的問題 - 健身

長久以來小腿都處於緊繃的狀態
直到最近已經變成晚上會酸酸的無法入睡
問了醫生是不是不寧腿醫生說拉筋就好

軟軟的有脂肪,體脂肪目前23%

用力的時候還算緊繃

目前是每天拉筋,不過似乎成效不好
在床上的話會用毛巾拉
不然就是面對牆壁拉筋

類似附近診所拉筋板的意思
但是拉完之後睡覺睡到一半還是會不舒服
拉筋的時候這樣子就非常痛
如果是用毛巾拉筋,頂多拉到45度就無法承受
是否拉筋不正確或者時間太短?
