昨天Po出健身一年的紀念文後,
有好多人私信問我怎麼吃。

基本上我就是不吃飯不吃麵不吃澱粉,然後煮很多肉和菜來吃。
蛋白質(肉和蛋都是)是我的主食。
蔬菜我通常當季有什麼就吃什麼。
我會把食物放到盤子上再吃,這樣可以控制份量。
裝盤不夠豐盛時,我就加入堅果或起司滿足口慾。
不煮需要配很多飯或需要配很多麵的食物(ex肉燥、咖哩…)。
要用醬油的東西也盡量避免,過去很愛煮的紅燒牛肉,都改煮成清燉牛肉(然後家人吃清燉
牛肉河粉,我自己吃清燉牛肉湯這樣)。
水果我很愛,無法戒除,還是照常吃,冰淇淋也很愛無法戒除,就當做慰勞減肥然後盡量吃
少一點。
但是含糖飲料、蛋糕、吐司麵包這些我都不吃。
喔對了,炸雞排之於我也屬於蛋白質,戒不了
這段日子很多人問我怎麼瘦身的,
我依照上面方法回答後,得到的回應大部分是「就這樣?!」
大家聽我說完,好像覺得不可思議很簡單,那試著做看看吧!
