一年前的今天,
我第一次接觸健身重訓運動。
自從開始健身後,
深深愛上這種不用弄得滿頭大汗衣服濕透的運動。
所以持續一年的健身,
每週兩次的教練課。
不過運動真的只佔減重的3成,[37m[m
飲食佔七成。
在前半年我很努力的做低醣料理,
就是以水煮肉類蛋白質青菜為主食,
體重掉很快。
後半年就是佛系低醣料理,
但我仍然有持續健身,
體重卻開始停滯,
而體脂是有緩慢下降肌肉緩慢上升。
分享我這一整年緩慢減肥的成果,
體重-10kg,體脂-10%,
我繼續朝下一個-10%邁進,和大家共勉之。
