少吃 vs 多動,減脂效果的差異? - 健身

許多健身網紅,都說減脂期不一定要有氧,只要降低熱量攝取造成熱量缺口,即可減脂。
如今這個觀念應該是廣被接受的。
不過我最近看到一篇文章,裡面寫到:“老人家如果真的要減肥,那不應該減少食量,
而應該要維持原本的食量,然後增加運動量。”
文章沒有詳細論述背後的科學論證為何,不過這不禁令人好奇了。
排除掉極端的例子(例如要降到個位數體脂率,或是要減去20公斤脂肪。。。)
一個成年男子,沒有運動的習慣,體重75公斤,體脂20%,BMR=1600,TDEE=2000。
他如果想減去5公斤的脂肪,那麼:
1.減少食量每天只吃1700大卡,但依然不運動。
2.維持食量每天吃到2000大卡,但開始做有氧,每天多消耗300大卡的熱量。
這二者都會造成每天300大卡的熱量缺口,那三個月下來,二者的效果差異會是什麼哩?
