少量多次vs多量少次 哪個效果好? - 健身

最近幾乎天天去健身房踩一小時的橢圓機
但覺得頻率有點太高 想減少次數但增加時間
想請問:
假設本來是每個禮拜去六天 每天踩1小時
之後改成每個禮拜去四天 每天踩1.5小時
效果會差很多嗎?各位比較建議哪一種?
順便問飲食問題 小弟我190cm/100kg
目標是減重 讓體態更好看 更精實
每天做一小時有氧夠嗎?目前是還沒打算練肌肉
另外飲食方面因為住在外面(套房不方便煮)只能外食
外食要怎麼吃才能不傷身又瘦得快且不復胖?
