剛在某個地方看到有某位美眉在文章裡寫著:
想要長期抗戰!!$^U_(_)&$&$$&....
然後blabla的寫了一堆自己的感想後最後補上了新的一年的目標和最近開始做的計畫。
看完後我真的一整個癱在椅子上...
"不吃晚餐"
"每天運動:洗澡時正轉、反轉手臂各50下,某個瘦手臂運動30下
抬腿200下,壓蹲運動20下
睡前時剪刀腳20下(每次停留30秒)、空中腳踏車200下
仰臥起坐40下、敲膽經各50下、抬腿30分鐘"
我真的不懂就是有人喜歡花1個多小時的時間做一些"活動"
卻不真正去運動...
天曉得如果他每天花這一個多小時去有氧
根本不用花一年就會瘦身有成了
然後又想到身邊一堆女生都這樣每天再喊說
"我已經一個月超辛苦做了每天200下的空中腳踏車"
"可是好像沒什麼瘦耶~增加到300下好了"
我就很想嘶吼...你倒立走300步還比較有用!!
只是一點murmur...
============================亂入的運動心得===========================
再話說回來,X-bike真的好用!!
因先天上氣喘醫生建議游泳不建議跑步,
因此一直都是快走運動。
本來就只是維持身材而已(女,171/52,體脂18左右),因此也就有一天沒一天的快走
不過前一陣子過得太舒爽,體脂赫然變成23(汗)
才忽然警覺到自己代謝也越來越慢了,牛仔褲變緊、大腿間沒縫隙...
但下課後都很晚了實在不敢出門快走(都沒人),
才想起陳封已久的X-bike。
剛開始實在很不習慣,騎10分鐘就腳酸到不行,騎20分鐘就膝蓋爆痛。
每天都是咬牙撐下去,不知道的人還以為我在做什麼苦力。
後來根本越來越排斥騎...
忽然有一天爬以前的文時,看到某位大大推:有動就有消耗。
我一想,也是呢!
從此每天很隨意的騎,放慢速度,以不超過自己的身體負荷為主。
一個禮拜後我發現我竟可以非常自然的騎到30分鐘以上,
並且是心情愉悅、心跳145、轉速30↑(調到3)
再過一個禮拜已經可以每天至少騎60分~120分了(可能運動2~3次,每次不超過60分鐘)
剛剛量了一下自己的身體尺寸微微了放了心,
效果還不錯,從一開始到現在20天已經恢復到原來的5成了。
飲食方面我則是選擇每天1500卡左右的熱量(基代1400左右去醫院量的),
以容易吃飽為主,不過也沒有刻意不吃什麼(甜的炸的飲料吃到飽)
只是遵循:多攝取,便多消耗。
另外也搭配一週三天的重訓,
不過效果如何(有沒有減到太多肌肉)還要等到時候去量體脂才知道。
