就是減不下來,問題到底出在哪? - 美體

很不敢面對的基本資料如下:
年齡:27歲
身高:162cm
體重:60kg
體脂:30-33之間游走<使用tanita機器測量>
目前減肥的方式:
*每天x-bike40min,轉速2,速率保持在30-35,大概都騎25km
*一天2000cc的白開水
*一天會在早上或在晚餐飯後喝500cc決明子茶消水腫
*運動完會喝無糖豆漿
*三餐正常吃,保持大概一天熱量1500大卡,水果和青菜攝取量也充足
*作一些局部的伸展與穴道按摩
目前遇到的問題是持續了半年體脂都在28-33間遊走(這個體脂真的很超過),
體重會在58-60間,有沒有可能是因為我年輕時曾經用不健康方式減肥,例如:
*蘋果減肥法,一天只吃蘋果。
*泰國減肥藥,一天一顆吃了會心悸恍神的那一種。
雖然很有效果,但把身體減壞了呢?因為我運動後體型也沒有變得比較勻稱,
,不知道有經驗的達人可不可以再給我一點意見?真的很希望可以健康一點,
起碼體脂肪可以到正常範圍,非常謝謝!!
