先檢視一下走路姿勢....
正確的方是要整隻腳(大腿小腿一起算)提起高跟鞋
但大部分人都是用膝蓋以下的力量(小腿)提起高跟鞋
這很難示範,可以參考時尚秀的走法
如果走法很難正確(習慣是很難改的) 不要太常穿高跟鞋
我以前也是穿高跟鞋可以追趕跑跳蹦的
小腿肚也是很粗壯
後來是穿平底的鞋子 才慢慢改善
沒事的時候可以常把腳趾尖往上翹 腳跟著地
這樣可以舒緩腿後的肌肉
然後 最後的忠告是不要再減了...女生體脂肪率下限應該要在18~20%間
你已經在醫學認定女生最低脂肪的邊緣了
再減肥會出問題。
