屁股很扁 - 美體

爬文有看到說可以後抬腿或深蹲
可以讓屁股變翹變緊實
本身也有在騎x-bike
但想請問大家以上這兩種動作,
對於天生屁股就扁、沒什麼肉的有效嗎?
每次穿褲子看到屁股只想嘆氣
真的屁股超扁的阿...(淚)
好想要變翹阿...
