屁股沒肉 - 健身

大家好,我剛瘦了31公斤下來..
一直有持續運動,都是重訓為主
但不知道為什麼屁股沒肉,囧
現在坐硬椅子、側躺都會壓到屁股的骨頭,而且是剛坐下去就會痛了
有時候甚至躺著也會壓到尾椎、髖骨
還蠻痛的QAQ
肋骨也是有時候會壓到,現在已經站著就會看到肋骨了..
想請問大家,該怎麼增加屁股的肉肉呢?
