體溫容易升高 - 健身

我以前原本的體溫大概35點多
自從開始持續運動之後
體溫大概36點多
甚至有時候剛走動完量體溫會到37點多
量出37點多會懷疑是不是生病發燒
但趕緊坐下休息後重量就降回36點多(36.5~36.9)
想請問有運動習慣的前輩們也是平常體溫會接近或超過37度嗎?

補充:
1.平常手掌都有血色熱熱的
以前35點多的時候手掌是冰冷而且蒼白的 大拇指下面那團肉甚至會發青發紫
2.有用不同體溫計量還是一樣
