三餐內容
早餐:早上九點貝納頌 + 麵包 or 麵線 or 培根蛋吐司
午餐:50元便當 or 炒飯+燙青菜、
點心:公司下午三四點都會有點心,肉圓 or 包子 or 春捲 or 掛菜鴨湯………
晚餐:晚上七點多吃的,跟便當差不多份量
宵夜:盡量少吃!可是家裡晚上十點十一點有時候都會有小點心T____T
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上七點起床,八點出門,九點吃早餐
晚上大概十二點到一點會睡覺
幾乎沒在運動,一回家就是宅在電腦前面Orz

坐辦公室的上班族

我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我不太會算熱量,我覺得我吃的不多,怎麼會一直胖,
想看看我這樣吃到底哪裡有問題,還是說我應該從運動開始?
一直這樣胖下去實在太恐怖了,平均一年胖五公斤
可以給我一點建議嗎
