性別:男
年齡:23
身高:173
體重:89
BMI:31
體脂率:29
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:飯團+麥香紅茶(7-11 10塊那種) or 三明治+紅茶
午餐:湯麵 or 冬粉(湯)
晚餐:便當or 7-11 涼麵+水果
其他:水 大概一天喝1000cc左右而已... 因為我是不渴就不喝水的那種
日常作息時間:AM:7:30 起床 9:00上班 17:00 下班 12點~1點 就寢
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:看幾點吃完東西 吃完休息一下再去跑操場 大概3000左右(週一~週五)
周六周日早上都打壘球。
我的問題:因為體重太重了 加上肚子太大.. 造成目前身體不是很好
常常腰酸背痛 所以希望能夠減重來改善問題。
也希望能在瘦一點..
