慢跑一小時與半小時? - 減肥

最近拼了命的想減肥,尤其是很惱人也很巨大的肚子。
目前身高體重是174/72,腰圍最小的時候是31吋,
但吃比較多就會大到33或34吋。
從二月到現在已經減了近三公斤,之前都是每天慢跑三十分鐘。
最近試著改成一週2-3次,每次一小時。
不過覺得效果似乎沒有比較好?而且大概五十分鐘的時候右膝蓋就很不舒服。
想問的是,一週6次三十分鐘跟一週3次每次一小時哪個會比較有效呢?
