延遲性痠痛是否可以作為訓練量的指標? - 健身

之前拜讀版上的文章有提過『沒有出現延遲性痠痛,並不代表練得不夠』
但是想請問如果反過來呢?
是不是可以把延遲性痠痛是否出現,作為訓練量是否足夠的指標?
我因為工作及家庭的關係(兩個小孩T_T),一週頂多一到兩次訓練,
不求成為巨巨,只把重訓當成抒壓跟維持身體健康的休閒活動,
也因為這樣,所以訓練時間不固定,有時候也只是在家裡用啞鈴輔助健身,
沒辦法有固定的訓練方式去計算重量跟次數,
這樣的情況下,是不是可以用運動後是否出現延遲性痠痛,
來作為前一天是不是訓練量充足的指標?進而去修正下一次訓練的訓練量?
雖然只是做身體健康的,不過還是希望能有效率的刺激肌肉。
