引體向上練習方法 - 健身

我現在反手最多只能做3次的引體向上,
如果休息一會再試的話應該連3次都不可以.
不用輔助的話, 應該甚麼都沒練到吧 ?
在健身房我找到那部有個踏槓提供向上的力量的那部機械,
我上星期六用30%體重的支持,
就勉強可以達到10~12RM,
但做2~3組後就連10RM也到不了.
今天我練習時加多了支持,
第一組時可以達到16RM,
每組間隔5分鐘左右,
練到第6組時也還有10RM.
再不能做下去的主要原因是手掌比其他的肌肉還要痛.
不知道是因為太用力握還是握法不正確,
手指跟手掌連起那部分好像摺了起來,
握槓時就受壓了.
現在中指以下半公分左右有一條長半公分、有觸痛感的痕跡.
反而二頭肌/背肌等沒在痛.
我的計劃是一天做引體向上,
另一天就只是跑步踏單車這樣隔著練.
如果我希望在這月底能做到5~6次,
我應該去做10~12RM, 2~3組的,
還是12~16RM, 5~6組的?
另外就是我手掌的痛是因為我還沒習慣嗎?
