最近在練單槓,以前75公斤至少還能勉強
拉一下,可是變胖後變85公斤一下都拉不
上去,不知道是體重過重,還是只是肌力
不夠,如果要能拉上去,是重訓提升肌
力及肌耐力,還是減肥比較有效率?
