阿北這個月底要滿47歲了
目前姿勢如果不標準硬幹可以拉個13,14下

我是認為用彈力繩輔助,感受度和幫助應該是最佳的
當你有拉上一下的時候,慢慢地就能體會那種拉上去的感覺
基本上引體向上和體重也有關係啦,我173/68
6年前戒菸開始,才開始有持續的運動習慣游泳和重訓
一開始只能拉個5-6下,這幾年的重訓讓肌力增加
現在是重訓練2天休2天,引體向上則是一次8下拉個5組
然後再去滑輪下拉,拉個5組,所以以目前的歲數
還能進步沒退步,我也覺得很神奇喇!
