體脂率:37
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:雀巢無蔗糖咖啡+麥片
午餐:大多不吃
晚餐:便當 飯一半 或 滷味(青菜兩把+凍豆腐+大豆乾)
其他:天天多樣化水果 蘋果.芭樂.李子交換吃
日常作息時間 : 大多九點十點起床 晚上1.2點睡
生活型態:學生 上課與打工之間來回
運動習慣: 每天仰臥起坐50下 瑜珈伸展 20分鐘
我的問題:
1.想請問熱量是否太高???要吃更少??
曾經胖到72, 現在維持64已三年
2.想再減4公斤 不知到有無何種建議??
3.瑜珈當作運動適合嗎???? 目前偏好伸展性柔軟動作
4.每天累積走路時間應有半小時 醫院營養師說運動是可以累積的
運動時間還要再增加嗎???
