很久沒運動瘦身不知該選游泳還是重訓 - 健身

我已經至少三年沒有運動了,而且過去兩年搬到套房又沒工作所以很少動,所以現在肌耐
力很差,感覺也流失很多肌肉,前三年胖了10公斤,這一年胖了10公斤,所以四年ㄧ共胖
了20公斤,目前65公斤
肚大很大,希望可以在4-5個月內先瘦10公斤,目前已經開始減醣自己煮,運動方面在考
慮要學
游泳還是上體態改造班(三鶯運動中心看圖片好像是TRX)或重訓,上三者的預算都是12000
,但重訓又怕自己現在肌耐力很
差,而且重訓跟游泳比起來比較喜歡游泳,游泳是會蛙式但不會換氣,想學自由式跟蛙式
換氣,學成後預計ㄧ週游2~3次
想請問大家,考量我的肌耐力跟希望在4-5個月瘦10公斤,減醣加運動的話會推薦哪個運
動?游泳還是重訓?還是體態改造班(TRX)
