我要推薦 味王紫菜湯x1包 + 桂格大燕麥片x1份
好吃-之前有板友推薦 我本來是不吃燕麥 因為有股味道 但這樣配還蠻OK的
便宜-總和10元左右
熱量低-這不用解釋了吧
然後口味很像鹹粥
如果換成麵 應該就是泡麵的感覺(去油包)
